
Resilience is a mental resource and inner strength that helps you to be robust in times of crisis and overcome complex challenges. In this training course, you will learn what you can personally do to strengthen your resilience and thus cope with stress. Please note that this is a psychoeducational training proramme and not a form of therapy.
Target group
Early career researchers (PhDs, Post-docs), innovators, entrepreneurs etc. (no prior knowledge required).
Maximum of 30 participants on a first come first served basis.
Learning objectives
- Know the theoretical foundations of stress and resilience
- Be able to recognise early warning signs of excessive stress in oneself
- Get to know factors and key elements for more inner resilience
- Get to know tools to achieve more resilience step by step
Learning methods
Online via Teams: 5 webinars of 1 hour 15 min each with theory inputs and interactive breakout sessions.
For the interactive parts to work nicely we recommend you have a laptop and smartphone at hand.
To have the full benefits of this training programme, it is recommended to dedicate some time each week to this process.
