Montenegrin Ministry of the Interior affairs initiated the drafting of the legal act which will enable the citizens of Ukraine to stay in Montenegro until the state of war in Ukraine ends. Until the Government passes the Decree, all citizens of Ukraine can stay in Montenegro unhindered for more than 90 days by contacting the territorially competent inspector for foreigners who will make a decision to extend their stay for another 90 days.
