The third edition of Wikimedia’s Accelerator UNLOCK is launched. Wikimedia Deutschland, Wikimedia Serbia and Impact Hub Belgrade will jointly design and host the programme in 2022: UNLOCK Germany x Western Balkans! This year's challenge: Access to knowledge is a matter of equity.
All change makers, activists, technologists and creative minds from the German-speaking region and the Western Balkans are invited to join.
Applications are open until 29 May 2022.
Participation requirements:
- A team of a minimum of two and no more than five members. All team members must be of legal age.
- The program is open to teams from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
- All team members must be proficient in the English language.
- All participants must commit to the entire program, attend all events and be ready to put the time in to work on their project individually.
- All project results developed during the programme must be publicly available under a free/open-source license.
